Amber Hill is not just the youngest female Skeet shooter at this year’s ISSF World Championships in Peru, she and Italy’s Diana Bacosi have equalled the world record for 74ex-75 in the qualifying round. Despite going into the final in first place, Amber couldn’t repeat her success and finish in fifth place.
Fellow Brit, Elena Allen also qualified for the final after scored 72. Thi won bronze ahead of Russia’s Olga Panarina.
With two huge scores from the British finalists, along with a strong 66 from Pinky Le Grelle, Britain finished in silver position for the Ladies team Skeet on 212.
