Royal Berkshire Shooting School’s premier event will be closing in two weeks, but the top 20 is taking shape.
Two-time winner of RBSS’ high tower event John Heagren leads the charge on 23ex-25, just one ahead of Henry Arnold and Phil Marks.
The competition sees shooters take on 50 Sporting clays, then have two attempts at the 25-bird challenge, where the highest scorers will attend a final to shoot for the top prize of a Sunseeker holiday or Boodles jewellery, with a retail value of approximately £80,000 each, should you hit 23 or more in the final.
There are other prizes up for grabs, including £5,000 if no one hits the top qualifying score, and the Ultimate Shoot Dinner for eight hosted by Will Lyons worth £10,000 courtesy of Berry Bros & Rudd.
To book your place before the entry period closes on 28 January, call 01491 672900 or email info@rbss.co.uk.
