The Schools Challenge is celebrating its 10-year anniversary in style by giving away a £12,000 car.
On 12 December this year, the top 30 youngsters throughout the year will return for a 50-bird Sporting shoot-off to battle it out for a Vauxhall Corsa. Second place will win a Browning B725, third place will win a Rizzini Premier shotgun and fourth and fifth take home a Bowman Auto Trap each.
To qualify for the final, the best 30 scores from four of seven TSC events will be counted between March and November. Therefore, shooters must enter at least four events this year. They can choose from the following:
11 March – Oxford Schools Challenge at the Oxford Gun Company
18 March – University Championship at the Oxford Gun Company (only the first 50 clays count toward the qualifying score)
3 May – Bredon Schools Challenge at Bredon School
10 October – Schools Challenge Winter Series at Oxford Gun Company
24 October – Schools Challenge Winter Series at Oxford Gun Company
7 November – Schools Challenge Winter Series at Oxford Gun Company
21 November – Schools Challenge Winter Series at Oxford Gun Company
