Eley Hawk has released the 112th iteration of the Shooter’s Diary. This year, the British cartridge company has listened to feedback from shooters and made the diary larger – now measuring 9.5cm wide by 17cm high – to provide an easier reading experience and more space to make notes.
The front 50 pages are packed full of information that a shooter might need. It has useful addresses for the CPSA and BASC, as well as shooting advice, shotgun law, gun care, shot sizes and the full Eley Hawk range. It also has a diary for major shotgun competitions and offers a cartridge of the month to suit the season.
It comes in a green and gold and includes a useful pencil in the spine. It will cost £5.95 and can be found in good gun shops, or you can order yours from www.eleyhawkltd.com or call 01213 523272.
I have been having this brilliant diary for over years but sadly it’s too big for my pocket, so I will have to seek an alternative.
This diary is a disappointment as too large for a pocket and there is not a page for personal details. Also, it does not supply the month of January 2018 for all important shooting dates. Not well thought out….
I agree with others that the newly enlarged diary is too large for my regular use .I have used the smaller diary each year since 1979.
the little diary with a pencil has been a gem for all my life not a shooters diary without shooting season they obviously listened to the wrong people sadly will not be getting one this year can by a year only diary for 90p from the shop next door
