The family of England shooter Peter Dennett, who passed away after a fatal car accident in October, have spoken of their massive gratitude to those who turned out to honour him at his funeral. The service, held at the Blessed Virgin Mary Church in Wanstrow, included a Guard of Honour performed by the England team and saw nearly 800 attendees.
Teresa said: “This shows how much Pete was admired. Those who knew Peter will know that he was a proud man and it was a pleasure to be in his company. He worked very hard for his England badge and gave his all for the team. He will be missed greatly by all but not forgotten.”
He leaves behind Teresa, Jake, 24, and Charlotte, 22.
