Back at the ground, the site has a “lodge” where an abundance of tea, coffee and biscuits is on offer for shooters and the nearby farm with B&B and restaurant is the perfect retreat for those wanting to make the most of their visit.
Greenfield Entertainment take pride in catering for everyone – from young shots right through to an 80 year old Naval gunnery commander who shouted FIRE! when he wanted a clay! They are also part of Clay Shooting’s Kids Shoot Free campaign. The ground has a selection of guns to hire from .410 to 12 bore including semi-autos, and also offer the use of a laser training aid to really boost scores.
Owner Robin Dunkley sums up the ground’s philosophy perfectly, “to try to pass some of our enthusiasm and passion on to others”
