On Monday 5 May, several shooting grounds will hold bank holiday competitions.
Greenfield Entertainment will host a 50-bird Sporting for the great price of £16, or you can pay £30 for 100 targets. Shooters with experience can book an escorted round for an extra £10, and novice shooters or first-timers can have a taster lesson for £35. Another ground offering bank holiday sessions is Horne Clay Pigeon Club. It will host a 100-bird re-entry at its Gatton Bottom location, and shooters could win a High Gun prize of £100. Shooting starts at 10am and the last entry is 3pm. To book in, call 07711 332097.
