British betting legend, BBC racing pundit Gary Wiltshire, a.k.a. ‘The Belly from the Telly’, will be taking bets at the White Gold Challenge Grand Final.

For the very first time in British clay pigeon shooting, you will be able to place a bet on your favourite to win  – making the Grand Final shoot-off at Westfield Shooting Ground on Sunday 29th September even more exciting!

Gary is one of the UK’s top betting experts, and regularly appears on TV at events such as Royal Ascot, The Derby and the Grand National.

Wiltshire famously paid out £1 million when Frankie Dettori ran seven winners in 1997

He also presents greyhound racing coverage for Sky TV, and is regularly called upon as a betting expert for sports as diverse as football, darts, and even fishing – he presents both The Maver Classics and Fish’O’Mania – and now he’s taking a gamble on clay pigeon shooting!

To help you choose your favourite to win, a profile of each of the 64 finalists will be available at www.whitegoldchallenge.co.uk

The profiles will include a brief description of each contestant’s shooting history, details of previous wins, class, and recently registered scores to help you to decide who to put your money on.

So if you care to make things a bit more interesting, go along and see Gary at the Grand Final!
