The innovative Benelli Sp’Auto Championships will return to West Midlands Shooting Ground on 18 May.
The event is designed exclusively for semi-automatics and makes full use of the auto’s three-shot facility. One-hundred-and-twenty targets will be thrown over 14 stands, for which shooters can call for three targets, or two with full use of the gun.
Sponsors, Hull Cartridge, binocular specialist Steiner, and CCI International, have contributed to the prize fund that, alongside the High Gun prize of a Benelli Vinci, is more than £7,000.
The entry price of £52 for adults, and £32 for Juniors and under-18s, hasn’t changed since 2012. Competitors must use a Benelli, Beretta or Franchi brand of semi-automatic shotgun. For more information visit www.benellispauto.co.uk.
