Next year will see Southdown mark 30 years in the business and the award winning clay shooting club has big plans to celebrate.
For this special anniversary, Southdown will host numerous championships throughout the year, but during the August bank holiday the ground will see FITASC, Sporting and Sporttrap competitions. The weekend will also be commemorated with an anniversary party featuring music fireworks and much more.
In the past 10 years the ground has hosted the World Sporting, the Clay Shooting Classic, the English Open and its annual Masters competition. The CPSA voted it as the Ground of the Year for 2013.
