On Saturday 9 August, the Gamekeepers’ Welfare Fund and RABI is hosting the Countryside Clay Shoot at Six Mile Bottom estate.
For a £20 donation to charity, participants can use a Purdey sidelock shotgun worth over £78,400. Purdey holds the royal warrants from Her Majesty the Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh and the Prince of Wales.
James Horne of James Purdey & Sons said: “We are delighted to support the excellent causes that will benefit the Countryside Clay Shoot. We believe we make the best shotguns in the world and we are sure that those competing in the shoot will want to have a go with an icon of the gunmaking world.”
Team entry costs £600, which includes breakfast, refreshments, lunch and cartridges. To enter, call 01283 810910.
