On Monday 10 February, the Handicap Classic will begin at Royal Berkshire Shooting School.
This popular event sees top-flight shots take on hobby shooters for the High Gun prize of a Browning Heritage Sporter. Last year, C-class shot Gary Smith beat entrants like Chris Childerhouse, John Perry and George Digweed to win a Browning B725 Hunter II thanks to the handicap system.
The final qualifying day is 19 April and the final will be held on 7 May. This year the competition will feature targets set by George Digweed as well as the expert stands set up by Robert Cross.
Weekly winners will receive £200 in cash, Runner Up will win £75 and third place will take 250 Gamebore cartridges.
