After the success of the Clay Shooting Classic on 5-8 June, E.J. Churchill Shooting Ground has its sight firmly set on securing success at the next big event – the European Side-by-Side competition.
The annual Side-by-Side event will be taking place on Thursday 4 July at the award winning shooting estate in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. The competition will be based on 100 ESP shoot over 12 stands, with an additional pool shoot competition on a fantastic grouse sequence. There will be three classes for people to enter – a 12 bore, a Hammer gun, and a small bore (less than 12 bore) class.
Prizes available will come from the proud sponsors, Eley and Hunter. These consist of Wellington boots, cartridges as well as cash prizes in all classes.
To enter simply turn up on the day, and if you are not a Side-by-Side owner E.J. Churchill can provide you with one – please ensure you take your license with you. Entry will cost £40 but this year will introduce a re-entry system that costs £35, and you can enter as many times as you’d like. Open from 10am, with the last card out at 3pm.
