A selection of five clay shooters representing England at the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games require additional funding to help support their medal campaign.
Caroline Povey is one of the five shooters that hasn’t been granted the same level of funding from UK Sport
Matt French, Caroline Povey, Sarah Gray, Rachel Parish and Dave Sipling don’t benefit from the same level of funding as six of their England teammates, and instead have to self-fund representing their country. They have made use of Clay Shooting’s Community Crowd Funding to help pay for training, cartridges, travel and accommodation at the Commonwealth Games next month.
