The latest edition of Clay Shooting Magazine is on sale now!
The big competitions are back! In this month’s Clay Shooting magazine we report from the British Open Sporting Championship, the climax of the English Sporting year – which at one time looked like it wouldn’t happen at all in 2020.
Full marks to the CPSA and others who worked so hard to put on a great championship under difficult conditions. And what a shoot it was! We saw four days of great shooting, followed by a dramatic final and super-final where even the weather chipped in to keep everyone on the edge of their seat to the very end.
Also this month we report from the British Shooting Grand Festival at East Yorkshire, organised to take the place of British Shooting’s planned Shotgun Series and Grand Final which had to be cancelled this year. This too was a great event with a fantastic atmosphere, and saw some thrilling performances from this country’s best shooters in the Olympic disciplines, boding well for next year’s Olympic Games.
In the latest issue you’ll also find the usual mix of gun and cartridge tests, news, interviews and expert advice – including a fascinating interview with Dr Matt Zanis, the movement expert who works with the US Olympic shooting team.
