A favourite of Sporting shooters, the Benelli Sp’Auto Championship, is moving location for the 2017 event.
Benelli importer GMK will host the event at Southdown Gun Club on Sunday 21 May. The course will comprise 120 clays over 14 stands that allows full use of the gun on each, and they will all throw up to three targets in different presentations. Only Beretta, Benelli and Franchi shotguns can be used on the Sporting course.
But this year, the Sp’Auto Championship will introduce a Benelli Sportrap, which will be shot over four 25-bird layouts from five positions. You can also use any type or make of shotgun. To enter the competition, visit www.benellispauto.co.uk.
