Mal Grant had to overcome a tough challenge from Drennan Kenderdine, who matched his 26, in a final shoot-off to win the Hélice British Grand Prix at Rugby & District Trap Club last weekend. Watch some of the action here.
The event had the highest Hélice entry this year for a domestic competition and attracted the likes of discipline-addict Sophie Lienard from Belgium. Her score of 23 beat all other Ladies but Dionne Rogers’ 20 won the British title.
Charles Pomfret scored 24 for the Juniors win while Paul Culverwell won Veterans with the same score. And in the Super Veterans category, Chris Potter reigned supreme with 22.
