Students at Oxford

Oxford Gun Company held the University Championships on Wednesday 19 March.


Will Allan and Natasha Lovell stood out as the male a female High Guns, with scores of 91ex-100 and 83ex-100, respectively. The winners represented Hartbury College and University of Gloucestershire, but Harper Adams second men’s team and the Royal Agricultural University Ladies took the team prizes with scores of 414ex-500 and 336ex-500.

There was also a Prep category, which saw Brody Woollard take High Gun with a great score of 90ex-100.

IMG_2675OGC’s Doug Florent told Clay Shooting: “It was a brilliant day. We had a record number of entries and the weather was kind to us. It ran like clockwork. Since we’ve been running the university events the scores have been getting better and better each year.”
