24-time world champion George Digweed has partnered up with award-winning Fox Harb’r Resort in Nova Scotia, Canada. The legendary clay shooter will work with the Fox Harb’r team over the next three years to enhance the existing sport shooting facility, and solidify its reputation as a world class destination. “I’m pleased to be on board with an organisation that’s so passionate about perfection,” said George. “The resort as it stands is phenomenal, and I’m looking forward to making further improvements and working with the team at Fox Harb’r into the future.”
The director of sport shooting at Fox Harb’r, Peter Phillips, has expressed his excitement about working with such a great ambassador for shooting. “George is going to be a real asset to our sport shooting activities; he is a true master of his game, with an encyclopaedic knowledge of every aspect of it. As well as his obvious technical ability he also manages to put those around him at ease no matter what their ability behind the trigger, and that’s the kind of relaxed no pressure environment that we nurture here at Fox.”
The 2015 Invitational will be held from 11-13 September and will feature 350 targets, two nights’ accommodation at the resort, food events, golf cart hire, welcome gift and commemorative photo book, for an inclusive price of $1495. Contact Fox Harb’r for more information.
