The CPSA calendar has been finalised and entries are open for each of the national major competitions.
Leading the way is the CPSA Sporting British Open, which is celebrating its 90th anniversary. Returning under the guiding hand of Steve and Allison Lovatt at the Clay Shooting Company, it will take place at Garlands Shooting Ground and costs £59 or £30 for Juniors and Colts if you book before 1 April. The Sportrap side event early-bird rate costs £47 or £24 for Juniors and Colts. The Sporting English Open has had a makeover and will take place at High Lodge but will cost the same as the British Open.
The English Skeet English and British Opens will take place at the National Clay Shooting Centre and Doveridge, respectively, and cost £48 or £24.50 for Juniors and Colts.
DTL shooters will pay £49 if they book early for the English Open, and £25 as a young shot, and the same goes for the Dougall Memorial and the Sponsored Day.
The ABT English Open costs more than any other competition at the early-bird rate of £80 or £40.50 for Juniors and Colts.
Dates will be available in the Clay Shooting wallplanner calendar free within the next edition of the magazine, but to enter one of the above, visit https://championships.cpsa.co.uk.
