Promatic takes over French trap company JP Baron

Promatic has acquired French electronic company JP Baron.

Run by Jean-Pierre Baron, who is an industry-recognised designer and manufactured of automated scoring and trap control systems, JP Baron has become successful since its first launch in 2001 by creating voice-automated trap controllers, sequential scoring systems and scoreboard display software that is used around the world.

Promatic’s investment hopes to develop the Claymate system, and CEO Brian Jardine said: “We are fully dedicated to providing innovative equipment to our customers. JP Baron has joined the team as Promatic is ready to take our existing electronic products to the next level.”
