Italy’s Jessica Rossi has been named the ISSF’s shooter of the year, alongside rifle-shot Henri Junghaenel.
Jessica topped the podium at London 2012 and has since made a slew of headlines, and won further competitions at an international level. She mastered the new Trap format, introduced at the start of the 2013 season, to win silver and bronze at various world cups before becoming European champion and later winning the World Championships in Lima.
Jessica was previously named shooter of the year before in 2009, at the age of 17.
