Paul Wilkinson won the CPSA’s Champion of Champions contest at the 2013 CLA Game Fair on 19-21 July, which saw top shooters from around the country competing across eight Sporting stands.
The final shoot-off saw Paul emerge as winner ahead of Ollie Baker as Runner Up and Paul Lovick, after shooting 37 on the course.
The proud winner told Clay Shooting, “There’s a lot of good shooters here who qualified, so to win I’m very chuffed. I felt a bit nervous because there were so many people watching and a missed a few early ones but once I got settled I shot well.”
Paul Wilkinson is sponsored by Hull Cartridge and Caeser Guerini and thanked the companies for their support as he won the largest amount of prize money in the competition and the use of a Land Rover 405.
