The UK Game Fair Logo_Colour-WEB copyClay Shooting magazine’s annual awards presentation, celebrating the Clay Shooters of the Year, has been moved to coincide with the UK Game Fair in July.

Launched last autumn following the demise of the CLA Game Fair, the UK Game Fair has attracted widespread support from the fieldsports community, and hosting the Clay Shooters of the Year Awards at this centrepiece in the countryside calendar will add prestige to the ceremony.

Clay Shooting magazine publisher Wes Stanton said: “The Clay Shooters of the Year awards will be held in conjunction with a VIP event at the UK Game Fair on 22-24 July at Stoneleigh, Warwickshire, where we will host a meal to celebrate the achievements of the best clay pigeon shooters we have in this country. Tickets will be the same price (£75) as before, though besides our reception and meal, the price will also gain VIP access to the UK Game Fair, which includes fast-track car parking and show entry; access to the private VIP area with outdoor and sheltered seating; unlimited tea and coffee; private catering and bar facilities; separate toilets; free cloakroom; free gun storage; and free shop-and-drop where our visitors can safely store all their purchases and belongings.
