Bob Garland funeral

Many within the clay shooting community will be aware that on Friday 22 November, Robert Edward Garland died after a struggle with Parkinson’s disease.

SKMBT_C25313112717110Robert – most knew him as Bob – was a Veteran world champion Trap shooter who represented his country in OT and UT disciplines, but he is also well-known for opening Garlands Shooting Ground near Tamworth in 1980, which still flourishes today.

Robert’s funeral will be held Monday 16 December at 1.30pm, at the Holy Trinity Church in Edingale, Staffordshire. The postcode is B79 0AP.
